Information Accuracy
Although Waypoint Pets will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, neither Waypoint Pets nor any directors, partners, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice, and products may vary from those shown within the website. All prices quoted include VAT at the current standard UK rate. All goods remain the property of Waypoint Pets until paid in full

Delivery Schedule
We will attempt ship your order the same day, for orders placed before 3.00pm G.M.T. There is no weekend dispatch so orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Most items are sent via Royal Mail and delivery time can be variable, But most goods will be with you in around 2-3 business days. Large or bulky items are sent via other couriers and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. If items are out of stock, your order will be held until it is complete and dispatched to you once all items are in stock. Usually we will send your order out to you in 1 - 5 business days, with goods received within 2 - 8 business days from placing your order. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Postage is calculated by weight of item, so the heavier the item is the more the postage will cost. We feel our postage prices are fair, as we need to cover our own costs.

Back Orders
If there is any problem with an item of stock which may take longer than 2 weeks to arrive into us, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone, to discuss options with you.

Goods out of stock
We will notify you when a product is not available and you will have the opportunity to either cancel your order or carry on waiting.
In certain circumstances where an item is unavailable, we may offer to send out an alternative which is similar to the requested item, and you will be notified of this via email or telephone.

Returns Policy
Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in good condition, with their original packaging and within an 8 day period of you receiving the goods. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is recommended you return the items by Recorded Delivery or another service which insures against loss or damage. The original shipping costs of your order and any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we may, at our discretion, reduce the shipping charge for the dispatch of the second item, to a nominal charge.
Products should be returned with a copy of the invoice to: Waypoint Pets, Barncroft Cottage, Upper End, Eckington, WR10 3DQ.
The payment card used to purchase the goods will receive a refund within 30 working days.

Payment Options
Waypoint Pets offers a wide variety of payment options, including major credit and debit cards and Paypal. If you are not happy about sending your card details over the Internet to our secure web server you can place your order by forwarding a cheque for the full amount. We do not accept cash.

Privacy Policy
Waypoint Pets operates a privacy policy in respect of customers and prospective customers personal details.
Information required for completion of a transaction is:
Customer Name and Address
Contact Phone number(s) and e-mail address
Delivery Address (if different)
Details concerning payment i.e. credit card, cheque.
We to improve the quality of our service may use non-identifiable data for analysis.

We guarantee your satisfaction. You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are dispatched, or within 8 working days from receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or complaints, should be made in the first instance via e-mail to: sales@waypointpets.co.uk. Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within 5 working days. For items covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, you must fill in the guarantee card and send it to the manufacturers as soon as possible, keeping a note of the manufacturer's contact details for your records.

Law
English Law governs the purchase of any goods from this web site. By accepting these terms and conditions you are submitting the contract to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
